I had a busy Saturday with a dental seminar.
And on Sunday I was just too lazy.  And with all the rain, thunder and tornadoes, I thought was best to not leave the house.

No workout today.  Worked in the morning and afternoon.  Then hung out with a girlfriend and did some shopping.  Is shopping considered a cardio activity??  Walking, talking, laughing, and trying on clothes?  I think so!

Can't recall what I ate today as I am actually writing this on Friday. 

But I do remember that I went for a bike ride today.  I was going to meet up with a friend at Bunker Hills but she canceled on me.  So instead I took residential back-roads to Pioneer Park.  It took about 40 minutes and was about 5 miles all together.

First ride in over 10+ years.  After only 4 blocks my legs were on fire but I kept going.  As I write this I am sitting on a pillow...the tushy is sore.

***We purchased my sister's bike today.  It was on sale and we ended up having to drive to Maple Grove because the Coon Rapids store was sold out.  It wasn't too expensive, yet will serve it's purpose for riding the trails.  The only problem is that the frame is made of steel, not aluminum like mine.  I can't lift the dang thing, so I don't know how I'm going to be able to raise it over my head to get it to hang from the ceiling.  I'm just going to have to do more weight training I guess. ***
